Board an AC Volvo bus and reach Manali. This is going to be an overnight journey. As you arrive at Manali, check in to the hotel pre-booked for you and then explore the places like Van Vihar, The Hidimba, Devi Temple and the Tibetan monastery. Retire to the hotel for the night. Enquire Now
We would today move to Sarchu and cross Rohtang pass and Baralacha.Find a spot and set up a tent. Stay at the tents at campsite.
Today we will head to Jispa in Lahul Valley. Now you would drive to Koskar, in Lahul. Here you can visit the Gandal and Sissu and also the cave monasteries. Ride to Tandi and then we will reach our destination of Jispa. Camp at Jispa.
Proceed your jeep safari to explore scenic areas of high altitude mountain passes through the Lachalung La, Naki La, and Baralacha la and then reach Tsokar. We would pass along the picturesque snow capped areas on the way as we drive the Pang Plateau; also cover the More plains. Camp at Tsokar.
Cross the Tanglang La which is the world’s second highest motorable road. Continue your jeep safari and drive straight to reach Karo and from here we would step towards the final stop of the day Takthok. Dine and relax here. Camp for the day.
Drive and reach the Wari La Pass. As you cross the pass we will see the magnificent Karakorum Ranges. After driving continuously we would reach Aghyam. Observe the slow paced life of the village. Now we would drive to reach Khalsar situated between Khardungla and Nubra. Khalsar is Small town. Find a spot and camp here.
Head for Diskit and visit The Diskit Gompa which is as old as 1420 AD. Drive to to Hundar now. After a stopover at Hundar, we would drive to Panaik, famous hot water springs and quiet locale. Drive back to Hundar. Stay for the night.
This day we will pass the highest motorable road, the Khardung la. We would halt at Khalsar for some time. Have a look at the beautiful landscapes. On the way, halt at the beautiful Phyang Monastery and then Retire to the hotel.
Visit the Shey Monastery and look out for the sculpture of Buddha here. Watch out for the gold-plated sculpture of the Maitreya Buddha as you visit the Thiksey Mnastery. Our next halt would be the Hemis Monastery. The Stok Palace used to be the royal seat of the kings of Stok. Return to delgi now.
In the morning, proceed to Delhi and from there board a flight to your home country. Your 10 days Manali to Leh Jeep Safari Tour ends here.
